
This HIIT Butt and Ab Workout is going to make you sore. You cant say I didn't warn you. Just like the title says we are picking up the pace but we will also be playing with Dumbbells again for this home workout. Be sure to grab a pair of dumbbell your yoga mat and lets get to work.
