
This is a superset that will leave a the muscle sore for a couple days. We are combining this dumbbell workout with a HIIT workout for the ultimate Fat Burn and Muscle toning at home workout.
Warm Up
• 3 Min Burpee Challenge (Warm Up)
High Intensity Super Set …30 sec each exercise/3 rounds/ no rest
• Dumbbell Concentration Curls x 30 sec
• Dumbbell Hammer Curl x 30 sec
• Dumbbell Hold x 30 sec
• repeat Immediately
Rest 1 min
• Push Ups x 30 sec
• Dumbbell Chest Press x 30 sec
• Dumbbell Flys x 30 sec
• repeat Immediately

• Reverse Fly/Bent Over Row Combo x 30 sec
