
We are going to complete 3 workouts in 1. Covering AMRAP in 10 minutes, Tabatas for 20 and Circuits for a final 30 mins. Fitbody Nation gets outdoors, the garage or gm and let's get this workout completed. The first 10 minute AMRAP is a nice warm up into the workout. The Tabata workout is fast but very doable and the last part of our workout we will complete a circuit workout that is a kick in the gut.
